DESCRIPTION:The Unbridled Theatre Collective and Aluna Theatre presents 12 Litres 8800 Steps \n\n\n\n12 Litres 8800 Steps is an interdisciplinary theatrical odyssey that invites us into the world of people who have lost loved ones to addiction: One woman’s journey in coming to terms with the fragility of her own mental health while witnessing the demise of her partner through addiction. A Horse appears and magic realism collides with the everyday reality of living with and loving an addict.  \n\n\n\nMoving between fantasy and reality\, past and present and inspired by equine therapy\, the play explores the deepening bond between The Horse and The Woman: how they come together to negotiate their relationship\, re-discover play and how they eventually heal each other in the process. An 80-minute high octane rollercoaster with stunning visuals and an immersive soundscape\, 12 Litres 8800 Steps is for anyone seeking a silver lining in the dark. \n\n\n\nContent/Sensory Warnings\nContent warning: addiction\, mental health\, death \n\n\n\nSensory warning: loud immersive sound \n\n\n\n\nProduction Credits\n\n\n\nCREATOR\, DIRECTOR AND PERFORMER Anita La Selva \n\n\n\nPERFORMER Brad Cook \n\n\n\nCO-DIRECTOR Beatriz Pizano \n\n\n\nPRODUCTION DRAMTURG Martin Julien \n\n\n\nSCENOGRAPHER Trevor Schwellnus \n\n\n\nCHOREOGRAPHER Victoria Mata \n\n\n\nSOUND DESIGNER Thomas Ryder Payne \n\n\n\nCOSTUME DESIGNER Teresa Pryzbylski \n\n\n\nCO-DESIGNER/BUILDER – HORSE MASK Monica Viani \n\n\n\nPRODUCTION MANAGER Charissa Wilcox \n\n\n\nSTAGE MANAGER Flavía F.
