THEATRE / HEARTWARMING / CHINESE DIASPORA
Benevolence
Created and Performed by Kevin Matthew Wong
A Factory Theatre production in association with Tarragon Theatre and Why Not Theatre
From theatre creator, performer and video artist Kevin Matthew Wong comes a charming and intimate storytelling experience that blossoms into a multi-layered Chinese-Canadian tale spanning continents, migrations, and generations. Vulnerable and epic, moving and playful, Benevolence is a powerful exploration of community, hybrid identities, and legacy. Tracing the roots of the Hakka (客家), Kevin Matthew Wong embarks on a journey to untangle these threads within himself. Touring History: Tarragon Theatre (2025), Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, The Belfry, Western Canada Theatre (2026), Firehall Arts Centre (2027)

Eyes Wide Open
Created by Naishi Wang
A Naishi Dance Production
Eyes Wide Open is a slow-burn contemporary dance quartet asking: How to continue? Through thirteen cycles of repetition, four bodies move together while their individual experiences gradually diverge. As repetition becomes endurance, the work searches for what choreographer Naishi Wang calls soft resistance—a way of persisting without aggression. Eyes Wide Open creates a space where change and unchange coexist, asking what might be lost, gained, or transformed simply by continuing. Fall For Dance North IPP Showcase on October 23.
Touring Party of 6-7.

PART OF AN AWARD WINNING TRILOGY
PROVISIONS
Created by Lauren Gillis & Alaine Hutton
A Lester Trips (Theatre) Production in Association with Factory Theatre
On earth, an ordinary broke person in the microgig economy accepts an odd job: accompany an agentic AI to the moon to retrieve the people and data from the failed lunar reality tv venture, and return them to earth before they suffocate. She soon discovers the inhabitants are not easily convinced to leave an erotic choose-your-own virtual reality simulation to board a space megabus back to burning earth. A secret VR love affair, a nun digging a gooneral, and all manner of bodily and metaphysical decomposition confirm suspicions that this gig extends far beyond occasionally assisting a bot with slippery door handles. On at Factory Theatre November 13 – 29, 2026. Learn more about the show here.
Touring Party of 4-6.

CABARET / DRAG / SOLO
Agit-Pop!
A multimedia doomsday cabaret by award-winning drag performance artist Pearle Harbour.
With Agit-Pop!, Pearle takes on the world, weaving her acid wit and demented storytelling through the most anxiety-inducing headlines ripped from the daily rag.
Paired with bold re-imaginings of the biggest hits of the 20th century (musical director Stella Conway), Pearle sings the songs of David Bowie, Britney Spears, the Beach Boys, and more, as you’ve never heard them before.
Agit-Pop! has toured to every coast of Canada, from theatres to musical halls to defunct sex clubs, and premiered internationally (Bora-Bora, DK) in 2026. Scalable from audiences of 100-800.
