The And, Stage Company is a not-for-profit corporation founded by Allison Ference, and co-founded by Germaine Konji and Celeste Brillon.

We are a group that challenges the traditional role of women on stage and off by providing creative opportunities to individuals who identify as women. We believe the female vessel can and should be given the chance to create, interpret, and share stories, including those that take place during times of female oppression.

Through innovation we are redefining the definition of the female role in existing pieces of theatre by casting all female productions. We are also committed to providing a space for women to cultivate their new theatrical works with The Stages.

The And, Stage Company believes that women are everything they need to be, AND a whole lot more.
