ABOUT THE COMPANY
timeshare is very specifically an un-company. We are an artist collective, seeking to support one another in the creation, development, and production of new work. We don’t believe in defining ourselves by the kind of work that we make, who it is for, or how often it is made. Our work is about discovery and the creation of opportunity.
Gabriella wants action. Jackson wants a scholarship. Susan wants a family. In this new play by Rob Kempson (SHANNON 10:40, Mockingbird), three disparate people find themselves bound together by desire, destiny, and a few scandalous photos.
Trigonometry is about how far we go to get what we want—what we do to survive.
The final instalment of Kempson’s series The Graduation Plays, Trigonometry tests the boundaries of friendship, motherhood, and modern morals. Trigonometry follows Kempson’s critically-acclaimed and sold-out runs of previous Graduation series plays SHANNON 10:40 (Videofag, 2015), and Mockingbird (the highest grossing play in the history of the Next Stage Theatre Festival, 2016).
