A revenge farce about guilt, mythology, and the hangover of womanhood.
Five women — old friends, old wounds — reunite for a Greek-themed dinner party that spirals into myth and mayhem. Ouzo flows, laughter curdles, and the ghosts of a long-ago holiday in Greece rise from the table. One of them took the blame. The others moved on. Or thought they did.
As the night descends into a blood-soaked ritual of guilt and retribution, the women morph into archetypes — Gorgons, philosophers, drunk prophets, and mothers of vengeance — raging against the patriarchy outside and the one festering within.
Adrasteia is a grotesque feminist horror farce — part dinner party, part mythological reckoning — where friendship rots into vengeance, and laughter tastes of blood and salt.
