Tickets

Factory Theatre is thrilled to announce our new sliding scale ticket model with a $0 ticket option.

We believe theatre should be available and accessible to all who want to participate. Towards that core belief we are introducing a sliding scale tickets model with a $0 option to our Factory Theatre audiences. This new pricing structure has been a long-term ambition of ours – amidst the hardships inflicted upon our audiences and supporters by the COVID-19 pandemic, and following two successful seasons of completely free of charge digital programming, we knew now is the time to begin implementing initiatives aimed at achieving essential financial access to all of Factory’s theatre productions moving forward.

What is the new ticketing model? How Does it Work?

As of February 2022, every Factory production will offer tickets on a sliding scale model. Tickets will be offered at a variety of price points – $10, $25, $40, $60, and sometimes $75. In addition, we’re building on the traditional sliding scale model and also introducing a limited number of $0 tickets at every Factory performance.  Audiences are invited to select whichever ticket price option works best for them in order to experience theatre at Factory.

It’s our hope that this model will make play-going a regular part of our cultural lives again. All are welcome here. These stories are yours. No matter which of these price points you select, all tickets are treated equally at Factory – all of our shows will remain operating with General Admission seating so patrons can select their seats when they arrive at the theatre.

All patrons are able to access these price points at the time of booking which can be done either online, over the phone, or in-person prior to the show.

Please note that this new pricing structure is exclusive to Factory productions and does not necessarily apply to any rental productions we have in our space.

How many tickets can I book?

There is no limit on how many tickets patrons can book with the exception of our $0 option.

In order for patrons to be given an equal opportunity to access Factory productions at the $0 price point, a maximum of 3 tickets can be booked per patron, per performance.

What COVID-19 safety measures do you have in place?
