Amaka Umeh

Bio

Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Amaka is a Toronto-based actress and a graduate of Randolph Academy’s Musical Theatre Performance Program. She has had the incredible fortune of being invited to perform in and collaborate on numerous theatrical projects in the city. Selected credits: Deloris Van Cartier in Sister Act (Lower Ossington Theatre), Aunt Spiker* in James and the Giant Peach (Young People’s Theatre), Munsch Mash * (Solar Stage Children’s Theatre), and Hasana in All Our Yesterdays by Chloé Hung (Patron’s Pick Award; Honourable Mention, Best of Fringe 2015).
