Bio

Carlos is a Toronto based performer and translator. He started his training in 2001 at Equity Showcase Theatre with Kevin McCormick. His performance work and training has taken him from Toronto to Buenos Aires, Prague, Havana, Bogotá, and Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Selected stage credits include: Gloria (ARC), Human Animals (ARC/Crow’s), The Scavenger’s Daughter (Paradigm Prodxn), Dissidents (ARC), Fortune of Wolves (TNB), Kiss (ARC/Theatre Smash/Canadian Stage), Blood Weddings (Modern Times/Aluna Theatre), Pomona (ARC), Nohayquiensepa (Aluna Theatre), and Crave (Nightwood Theatre). Selected screen credits include: The Hot Zone: Anthrax, Pillow Talk, The Expanse, and Orphan Black. He has been nominated four times for a Dora Mavor Moore Award in the independent theatre ensemble category.
