Bio

Lulu Liu (she/they) is a Chinese-Canadian artist, technologist, and self-described wanderer. Her playful work as director includes recent credits such as the Scott-Pilgrim-Toronto-loving music video “LAMBO” (2025) for Mandatory Overtime and the cheeky dark comedy short film “Cherry on Top” (2024), which premiered at the
2025 Blood in the Snow Film Festival. As a technologist she is conducting a search for tangibility in the digital technology in a workshop she is debuting with Vector Festival in July. Driven by a love for meaningful conversation and collaborative exploration, Lulu is incredibly excited to further her craft in the
Factory TEPs program this summer :).
