Mikael Bensimon

Bio

Mikael Bensimon was born, raised & resides in Montreal though has spent most of their creative time in Toronto in the worlds of both theatre and music.

As a sound designer, they’ve designed & composed original scores for shows such as acquiesce (Factory Theatre), carried away on the crest of a wave (Tarragon Theatre),The Drawer Boy (Theatre Passe Muraille) and more, as well as the last 2 season’s of Factory’s You Can’t Get There From Here audio series. They are a multi-instrumentalist but primarily the lead singer of the indie-pop band, Caveboy & solo project Mint Simon.
