Trevlyn is a poet, actress, writer, singer, and community programmer based in Toronto. She began her journey on stage at age 16 through theatre, and has since brought to life the stories of growing up in the inner city, immigration, gentrification, politics, sexual violence, and ‘youth-hood’. With her continuous involvement in community work and the facilitation of her own programs, she strives to illuminate the issues that people often overlook. Her neighborhood Regent Park and her passion to evoke feeling is a major source for her drive and creativity. She is constantly pushing herself and the message to be truthful. Be gentle. And be fearless.
