May 30 2024, Studio Theatre

Running Time: 50-70 minutes
18+

Can the queers tell stories or what? We sure can! And these two are aficionados. Come see Bee Bertrand and Paul Hutcheson weave hilarious stories without over-gesticulating! (A tell-tale sign of an way too earnest story-teller!)

Paul will perform “Hutch”  a 30 minute work in progress that talks about nicknames, the 90’s, glory holes, marriage projects and teaching teens will all come to life in Hutcheson’s unique brand of storytelling

Bee Bertrand is a wholesome, petty trans troll who has never met a spammer he’s said no to. He loves kittens, a carrot with a good dip, and wasting scammer’s time. He loves storytelling and he loves you.

Bee Bertrand

Bee Bertrand is a Toronto based comic and storyteller who was selected as one of the 2019 New Faces at Just for Laughs Montreal, and has opened for River Butcher and Sean Cullen. Bee currently produces several shows in Toronto such as Don’t Tell Mom, a comedy show/ dance party with his DJ Brother, Wholesome, a showcase of Bee’s favourite comics, and Insufferable, an absurd trivia themed story telling show with Cleo Vaillancourt the first Saturday of the month at Comedy Bar.

Paul Hutcheson

Paul Hutcheson is a Toronto-based queer comedic performer. He established Canuck Hutch in 2008 and has produced numerous solo comedies, stand-up showcases and cabaret evenings that have played to sold-out houses throughout Canada and the United States.
